September 1 – Show and Sell Orders Due to Council
September 15 & 16 – Show and Sell Order Pickup at Warehouses
September 17 – Sale Begins

November 1 – Sale Ends
November 3 – Return excess Show and Sell Product

December 15 – All popcorn payments are due to the Council
