Camp Buildings and Campsites

The building and facilities at Camp Indian Trails (CIT), Ed Bryant Scout Reservation (EBSR) and Woodman Center are available for use by both Scouting units and others on both a short-term basis. Camp facilities are available to larger groups by special arrangement.

To Reserve and Use Glacier’s Edge Properties, please complete the following steps:

1.   Obtain information on camp and facility by viewing and downloading the Glacier’s Edge Council Short-Term Camp Procedures, Pricing and Registration Form. You may also obtain these forms at either the Janesville (2300 East Racine Street Janesville, WI 53545-4340) or the Madison Service Centers (5846 Manufacturer’s Drive, P.O. Box 14135, Madison, WI 53708-0135).

2.    The availability of facilities is not on-line at this time.  Please check on the availability by calling the Madison office at Madison Service Center at 1-800-213-1418.  Local Calls: (608) 310-7300.

3.    On-line preliminary requests for reservations at CIT, EBSR, and Woodman Center are not being accepted at this time.  You may submit a preliminary request by calling the council’s Madison Service Center at 1-800-213-1418.  Local Calls: (608) 310-7300.

4.    Complete and submit the Signed Reservation form from the Glacier’s Edge Council Short-Term Camp Procedures, Pricing and Registration Forms along with a check for the Facility Usage fee for all facilities you wish to reserve. All reservations should be sent to the Madison Scout Service Center (5846 Manufacturer’s Drive, P.O. Box 14135, Madison, WI 53708-0135)

5.    After your form and payment have been received, you should receive an email from the Madison office confirming your reservation. If you don’t receive an email call within one week of mailing, please contact the Madison office. Please don’t forget to call the camp contact listed in the packet for the camp at least One Week before the reservation date before you come to confirm arrival date, time and facility rented. You will also need to bring your Damage Deposit and a unit roster with you when you check in at camp. Note: The Damage Deposit is separate from the rental payment.
